Luckily, since Raphael handles everything, that's pretty much impossible.

Raphael do all the preparations so it's highly impossible that he will forget about it.

There's a VERY VERY strong reason for that. I'm not going to spoil you with anything from LN, but think with me:

Did Raphael complain for Rimuru not telling the others who's the one who merits the credits? Nope.
But when Rimuru asked Raphael not to tell him about every single person who's coming close (back on the first episode), and than doing a whole 180º didn't about warning him, didn't Raphael sounded exasperated? Yep.

So, by just analysing this, shouldn't we assume that there's a good reason for Raphael not bothering to be exasperated or complaining for not earning the credits properly?

Now, if you'd like to be a little spoiled, i'll paste some lines from when Rimuru just evolved to Demon Lord and Raphael was doing the ressurection: Unlike the two of them, the demon was filled with utter joy, gazing at Rimuru in sheer, silent awe. Then a question to consider appeared in his mind: The person who just spoke to me... Was that not my master at all? But he dismissed the thought at once as overthinking matters. In all the many years this demon had lived, he had never heard of anything quite like that. The idea of a skill becoming sentient was too ridiculous to even consider. Working independently to fulfill the requests of its master... ...or maybe it took a demon like this, living in the deepest depths of the world, to even have the possibility occur in his mind. Regardless, the demon didn’t buy it. Besides, there were more important matters to consider.
Heh-heh-heh-heh-heh. No matter what happens, I have to gain at least the lowest seat at the table for myself...
His mind resolved anew, he began to consider other ways he could stand out for his master.
The above demon, as you may have realized is Diablo before being named.

Yeah an ability having a will of its own and a personality, besides being named after an angel it’s quite peculiar, I only hope that ability doesn’t betray Rimuru in the long run, since she’s my favorite “character” of the entire anime, I liked her the moment I saw the ability had traits of personality(like being smug) besides functioning like and auto mode and having data of the skills

I won't spoil you, but i believe you'll be surprised with the "turn" their relationship will take. :D

They'll keep bickering from time to time like that, but there'll be a fight where Raphael will be indecisive and "lost", Rimuru will be exasperated and a little furious and out of nowhere Rimuru does the unthinkable to Raphael... he gives Raphael a NAME!!! Raphael will become Ciel. And that my friend is a turning point for both of them.
